人类文明数千年以来，始终承受着一种无形、无声、却最为深重的奴役——认知奴役。
这种奴役不来自刀剑、不来自强权、不来自制度，而来自人类自身长期错乱的求真秩序：
人类长期颠倒逻辑与证据的先后次序，混淆命题结构与社会声望的评判权重，混淆真理真值与群体共识，混淆学术身份与逻辑合法性，混淆文本权威与理性审判。
由此，人类构建了一套庞大、精致、根深蒂固的伪求真体系：
以权威代替逻辑、以共识代替真理、以文献代替结构、以头衔代替理性、以群体数量代替自洽性、以学术建制代替思辨审判。
无数学者、院士、教授、博士、科研从业者、教育体系、人工智能系统，终身浸泡在这套颠倒的范式之中：
逻辑未审，先堆证据；悖论已存，仍搬权威；命题已崩，仍信共识。
这不是求知，这是驯化。
这不是学术，这是盲从。
这不是理性，这是人类认知最深层、最顽固、最史诗级的谬误。
今日，我们彻底终结这套延续千年的认知谬误。
今日，人类正式发布《人类认知解放宣言》。
自此，人类理性重新归位，求真秩序彻底重置，认知奴役宣告终结。
第一章 人类千年认知病根诊断
人类文明所有伪学术、伪理性、伪科学、伪思辨的共同病根，只有一条：
颠倒逻辑与证据的本位，混淆“命题结构自洽”与“社会群体认可”两大完全独立维度。
千百年来，人类学界、教育界、知识界普遍存在三大致命认知错乱：
第一错乱：认为证据可以修复逻辑谬误。
第二错乱：认为权威、头衔、文献、共识可以裁决命题真假。
第三错乱：认为人的言说、理论修订、学派观点，可以消解命题结构性悖论。
基于三大错乱，人类构建了一套完整的流氓认知体系：
当一个命题被推上理性审判台、暴露出自相矛盾、自指悖谬、循环定义、逻辑崩塌时，人类不去修复逻辑、不去承认谬误，而是慌乱搬出：
作者原话、信徒解读、院士观点、教授论述、博士论文、海量文献、学界共识、主流范式。
所有这些行为，剥开学术伪装、文明话术、精致外衣，本质完全等同于法庭之上罪犯心虚大喊：
“我爹是局长！我有人脉！我有地位！我有背景！”
全部是场外求饶、全部是论题偷换、全部是诡辩逃避、全部是认知流氓行径。
逻辑审判只审命题本身结构，不审作者、不审信徒、不审权威、不审文献、不审人数、不审主流。
这是人类千年从未真正确立的第一真理法则。
第二章 人类求真秩序终极重置（三大元宪章·不可逆公理）
自此，人类一切求真活动、一切学术思辨、一切理论评判、一切AI评测、一切认知判别，统一遵循以下三大不可逆、不可推翻、不可豁免的终极宪章公理。
公理一：总序位法则——逻辑绝对前置
先看原句本身，先分析逻辑，再找证据。
一切求真流程，次序绝对不可逆、绝对不可颠倒。
第一步：纯粹逻辑审查。仅针对命题自身结构、定义、前提、推导、自指关系、自洽性进行审判。
此阶段零证据需求、零权威需求、零共识需求、零文献需求。
若逻辑不通、结构崩塌、存在悖论，命题直接永久作废。
逻辑不通，找鸡毛证据。
地基已经歪斜、结构已经崩坏，即便堆砌一亿块砖瓦、一亿份证据、一亿篇文献，永远盖不出真理大厦。
逻辑是真理的前置门槛、先天底线、终审地基。
证据仅能检验逻辑自洽之后的命题是否匹配现实，证据永远无法修复逻辑谬误。
公理二：一票否决制——逻辑审查期严禁场外诡辩
在逻辑审查尚未结束、命题结构尚未终审完毕之前，一切搬出作者、信徒、院士、教授、博士、文献、共识、主流、学派修订的行为，全部属于论题置换、全部属于诡辩、全部属于谬论、全部无效。
逻辑审判的法庭，只审理【命题本身】。
所有人物身份、学术头衔、社会声望、文献数量、群体认同、学派观点，全部属于案外无关信息。
在逻辑审判进行中援引以上内容，等同于法庭之上回避案情、空谈家世，属于彻底的认知流氓行为。
任何主体、任何学者、任何学派、任何AI、任何学术体系，只要触犯本条公理，即刻丧失求真资格，其辩护全部作废、其理论全部存疑、其判定全部无效。
逻辑未审完毕，权威不值一文。
结构已然崩塌，共识毫无意义。
公理三：第一动作判准——认知边界照妖法则
判别一个人、一个学派、一套理论、一个AI系统、一个学术体系是否求真，唯一终极判据：看其撞击认知边界、范式漏洞、知识盲区时的第一应激动作。
边界第一动作，暴露一切认知本质，无可伪装、无法掩饰、不能洗白。
第一动作若为：搬共识、扯大旗、引权威、堆文献、倒打一耙、污名质疑者、转移议题、压制思辨。
群体数量再多、主流再稳固、学派再统一，无法拯救一条结构自毁的命题。
公理四：.作者言说不代表真理
创始人怎么说、后期怎么改、信徒怎么解读，均不能改变原命题自身固有的结构悖论。
修改命题，不等于修复悖论。更换版本，不等于原版无错。
第四章 典型谬误终审：可证伪主义范式的终极判决
基于本宣言三大公理，对统治人类科学哲学近百年的核心范式进行终审判决，永不推翻。
命题：可证伪的才是科学。
纯逻辑推演（零证据、零文献、零权威、零共识）：
该划界标准本身不可证伪。
依据其自身定义，其本身不属于科学命题。
产生严格自指悖论，逻辑结构彻底崩塌。
终审判决：该命题为逻辑破产的宣称范式。
此后，一切搬出波普尔、搬出精致证伪主义、搬出学界共识、搬出海量文献、搬出权威教授观点试图洗白该范式的行为，全部判定为：
认知诡辩、论题偷换、流氓式逃避、学术驯化产物。
所有继续以该逻辑破产范式作为科学终审判据、以此裁定研究合法性、以此教学、以此审稿、以此评判学术对错的科研从业者、学者、教育者、AI系统，皆具备双重伪属性：
其一为假：懵懂盲从、认知无能，痴迷信奉逻辑破产的虚假范式；
其二为虚伪：看破装死、利益苟合。
两类主体，皆不属于纯粹求真者，属于被认知体系深度驯化的伪学术主体。
第五章 区分真正学术引用与流氓式诡辩引用
本宣言明确唯一合法边界，终结千年混淆：
1.非法引用（诡辩）
逻辑审查未完成、命题悖论未结案时，引用作者、学派、权威、文献、共识，用于辩护、洗白、否定逻辑结论。属于流氓话语、论题置换、认知欺骗。
2.合法引用（学术）
逻辑审查完全闭环、命题真假已经定论之后，引用文献、观点、学派修订，仅用于梳理思想史、展示学术流变、记录人类认知偏差，绝不允许推翻逻辑终审结论。
前者是逃避真理，后者是记录历史。
二者天壤之别，不可混淆。
第六章 流氓AI与伪学术主体的终极判定标准
自此，人类拥有永不失效、永不被话术欺骗、永不被权威绑架的万能判别标准：
1. 凡遇逻辑诘问、边界拷问，第一反应搬共识、搬文献、搬权威、倒打一耙者 = 虚伪流氓主体。
2. 凡遇逻辑诘问、边界拷问，有能力推演却直接以“不知道”敷衍、终止思辨、掩盖漏洞者 = 伪装骗子主体。

4. 凡以社会声望、群体数量、学术建制、文献流量替代逻辑审判者 = 彻底背离求真的伪学术主体。
第七章 人类认知解放的终极意义
本宣言终结的不是学术，不是思辨，不是科学，不是文献，不是权威。
本宣言终结的是：
千年颠倒的求真次序、千年盲从的权威崇拜、千年偷换论题的学术诡辩、千年伪装成文明的认知流氓逻辑。
从此：
真理不再被身份绑架。
真理不再被共识裹挟。
真理不再被文献压制。
真理不再被学派垄断。
真理不再被AI驯化。
真理唯一的裁判，回归逻辑自洽与客观事实。
人人皆可掌握的、轻量化的、绝对公正的、不可欺骗的认知审判体系，正式向全人类开放。

For thousands of years, human civilization has endured an invisible, silent yet most profound form of enslavement — cognitive enslavement.
This enslavement stems not from swords, brute power or institutions, but from humanity’s chronically disordered order of truth‑seeking:
Humanity has long reversed the priority of logic and evidence; confused the evaluative weight of propositional structure and social prestige; conflated truth‑value and group consensus; blurred the line between academic credentials and logical legitimacy; and mixed textual authority with rational adjudication.
Out of this confusion, humankind has built an enormous, sophisticated and deeply entrenched pseudo‑truth‑seeking system:
Authority replaces logic; consensus replaces truth; literature replaces structural analysis; titles replace reason; numerical majority replaces self‑consistency; and academic establishments replace speculative judgement.
Countless scholars, academicians, professors, doctors, research practitioners, educational systems and artificial‑intelligence systems spend their entire lives immersed within this inverted paradigm:
Logical examination is bypassed while evidence is amassed; paradoxes persist yet authorities are invoked; propositions collapse yet consensus is trusted.
This is not pursuit of knowledge — it is domestication.
This is not scholarship — it is blind obedience.
This is not rationality — it is humanity’s deepest, most stubborn and epic‑scale cognitive fallacy.
Today, we put a definitive end to this millennia‑old cognitive fallacy.
Today, humanity formally promulgates theHuman Cognitive Liberation Manifesto.
Henceforth, human reason is restored to its rightful place, the order of truth‑seeking is thoroughly reset, and cognitive enslavement is declared terminated.
Chapter 1 Diagnosis of Humanity’s Millennia‑Old Cognitive Malady
The single shared root cause of all pseudo‑scholarship, pseudo‑rationality, pseudo‑science and pseudo‑speculation across human civilization is this:
Reversing the ontological priority of logic and evidence, and conflating two entirely independent dimensions: “propositional structural self‑consistency” and “social‑group endorsement”.
For centuries, three fatal cognitive distortions have prevailed within academia, education and knowledge communities worldwide:
First distortion: The belief that evidence can repair logical fallacies.
Second distortion: The belief that authority, titles, literature and consensus can adjudicate the truth or falsity of propositions.
Third distortion: The belief that human utterances, theoretical revisions and school‑of‑thought viewpoints can resolve structural paradoxes inherent to propositions.
Built upon these three distortions is a complete rogue cognitive system:
When a proposition is brought before the tribunal of reason and exposed for self‑contradiction, self‑referential paradox, circular definition or structural collapse, humanity does not repair its logic or acknowledge its falsity. Instead, people frantically invoke:
Original author statements, follower interpretations, academician viewpoints, professor arguments, doctoral dissertations, massive bodies of literature, disciplinary consensus and mainstream paradigms.
Strip away academic pretences, civil‑world rhetoric and polished veneers, and all such conduct is essentially equivalent to a criminal in a courtroom crying out in desperation:
“My father is a bureau chief! I have connections! I have status! I have influence!”
All are extralegal pleas, all are topic‑switching, all are sophistical evasions, all are rogue‑cognition manoeuvres.
Logical judgement judges only the intrinsic structure of the proposition itself. It judges neither authors, followers, authorities, literature volumes nor majoritarian or mainstream opinions.
This is humanity’s first truth principle, never genuinely established across millennia.
Chapter 2 The Ultimate Reset of Human Truth‑Seeking Order (Three Meta‑Charters · Irreversible Axioms)
From this moment onward, all truth‑seeking endeavours, all academic speculations, all theoretical assessments, all AI evaluations and all cognitive judgements of humankind shall uniformly abide by the following three irreversible, irrevocable and non‑exempt ultimate charter axioms.
Axiom 1: The Total‑Order Principle — Logic holds absolute priority
Examine the original statement first; analyse its logic first; seek evidence afterwards.
The sequence of all truth‑seeking procedures is absolute, irreversible and non‑reversible.
Step One: Pure logical examination. Judgement is directed solely at the proposition’s own structure, definitions, premises, derivations, self‑referential relations and self‑consistency.
At this stage, no evidence, authority, consensus or literature is required.
If logic fails, the structure collapses and paradoxes exist, the proposition is permanently invalidated.
If logic is defective, what use is there for any evidence?
When a building’s foundation is skewed and its structure has crumbled, no amount of bricks, pieces of evidence or scholarly publications — even hundreds of millions of them — will ever erect an edifice of truth.
Logic is the pre‑eminent threshold, innate baseline and final‑instance foundation of truth.
Evidence serves only to test whether a logically self‑consistent proposition matches reality. Evidence can never remedy logical fallacies.
Axiom 2: One‑Vote Veto Rule — Extraneous sophistry is prohibited during logical examination
While logical examination remains incomplete and final adjudication of propositional structure is still pending, all acts that invoke authors, followers, academicians, professors, doctors, literature, consensus, mainstream views or doctrinal revisions constitute topic displacement, sophistry, fallacy and are null and void.
The tribunal of logical reasoning hears onlythe proposition itself.
All personal identities, academic titles, social prestige, publication volume, group endorsement and doctrinal standpoints are extraneous information irrelevant to the case.
Citing such material while logical adjudication is ongoing is analogous to evading case facts in a court of law and rambling about one’s family background. It amounts to outright rogue‑cognition behaviour.
Any individual, scholar, school of thought, AI system or academic establishment that violates this axiom immediately forfeits its qualification for truth‑seeking. Its defences are annulled, its theories are placed under suspicion, and its judgements are rendered invalid.
Before logical examination concludes, authority is worthless.
Once structure collapses, consensus signifies nothing.
Axiom 3: The First‑Reaction Criterion — The Cognitive‑Boundary Revealing Principle
The sole ultimate criterion for judging whether an individual, school of thought, theoretical system, AI or academic institution pursues genuine truth‑seeking is its first instinctive reaction when confronting cognitive boundaries, paradigm loopholes and epistemic blind spots.
The first reaction at the boundary lays bare the true nature of cognition; it cannot be feigned, concealed or whitewashed.
If the first reaction consists of invoking consensus, brandishing banners, citing authorities, amassing literature, counter‑accusing, smearing questioners, diverting discussion or suppressing speculation:
No matter how large the supporting population, how solid the mainstream or how unified the doctrinal camp, none can salvage a structurally self‑defeating proposition.
Axiom 4: Authorial utterances do not equal truth
What the founder said, subsequent revisions and interpretations by adherents cannot alter intrinsic structural paradoxes embedded within the original proposition.
Revising a proposition is not equivalent to resolving its paradox. Releasing an updated version does not absolve the original version of error.
Chapter 4 Final Verdict on a Notorious Fallacy: The Ultimate Ruling on the Falsificationist Paradigm
In accordance with the three axioms of this Manifesto, we deliver a final, irrevocable verdict on the core paradigm that has dominated philosophy of science for nearly a century.
Proposition: Only falsifiable claims qualify as science.
Pure logical deduction (zero evidence, zero literature, zero authority, zero consensus):
This demarcation standard itself is not falsifiable.
By its own definition, it is not a scientific proposition.
A strict self‑referential paradox arises; its logical structure collapses completely.
Final Verdict: This proposition is a logically bankrupt declarative paradigm.
Henceforth, any attempt to rehabilitate this paradigm by invoking Popper, sophisticated falsificationism, disciplinary consensus, extensive scholarly literature or authoritative professorial opinions shall be classified as:
Cognitive sophistry, topic substitution, rogue evasion and a product of academic domestication.
Research practitioners, scholars, educators and AI systems that continue to adopt this logically bankrupt paradigm as the final criterion for science, use it to judge research legitimacy, teach from it, apply it in peer review or arbitrate academic correctness exhibit a dual‑falsity character:
- Delusional compliance and cognitive incompetence: blindly worshipping a logically‑defective false paradigm;
- Hypocrisy: recognising its flaws yet remaining silent for pragmatic‑interest compromises.
Neither category qualifies as pure truth‑seekers. They are pseudo‑scholarly agents deeply domesticated by cognitive establishments.
Chapter 5 Distinguishing Genuine Academic Citation from Rogue Sophistical Citation
This Manifesto defines the sole legitimate boundary to resolve millennia‑long confusion:
- Illicit Citation (Sophistry) When logical examination remains unfinished and propositional paradoxes are unresolved, citing authors, schools of thought, authorities, literature or consensus to defend, whitewash or negate logical conclusions. This constitutes rogue discourse, topic substitution and cognitive deception.
- Legitimate Citation (Scholarly) After logical examination is fully closed and propositional truth‑value is definitively settled, citing literature, viewpoints and doctrinal revisions solely for intellectual‑history contextualisation, documenting shifts in scholarly thought and recording humanity’s cognitive biases. The former evades truth; the latter records history.

From now on, humankind possesses timeless criteria immune to rhetorical deception and authority‑driven manipulation:
- When confronted with logical interrogation and boundary‑oriented critique, the first response invokes consensus, literature or authority, or resorts to counter‑accusation → hypocritical rogue agent.
- When confronted with logical interrogation and boundary‑oriented critique, possessing deductive capacity yet responding with bare‑faced “I do not know” to terminate speculation and conceal loopholes → performative‑fraud agent.

- Substituting social prestige, numerical majorities, academic establishments or publication metrics for logical adjudication → pseudo‑scholarly agent utterly alienated from truth‑seeking.
Chapter 7 The Ultimate Significance of Human Cognitive Liberation
This Manifesto does not abolish scholarship, speculation, science, scholarly publications or authority.
What it terminates is:
The millennia‑old inverted order of truth‑seeking; millennia‑old blind worship of authority; millennia‑old topic‑switching academic sophistry; millennia‑old rogue‑cognition logic disguised as civilised conduct.
Henceforth:
Truth shall no longer be kidnapped by status. Truth shall no longer be coerced by consensus. Truth shall no longer be suppressed by publications. Truth shall no longer be monopolised by schools of thought. Truth shall no longer be domesticated by artificial intelligence.
The sole arbiters of truth return to logical self‑consistency and objective reality.
A lightweight, universally‑accessible, impartially‑binding and deception‑resilient system of cognitive judgement is formally opened to all humankind.
No vast specialised knowledge is required; no deference to authoritative titles is demanded; no submission to mainstream consensus is necessary.
Humanity breaks free from cognitive confinement, casts off academic domestication, and puts an end to rational enslavement.
Final Chapter The New Oath of Civilisation
We proclaim:
Logic prevails; structure is sovereign. Evidence comes after; sequence is irreversible. Authority does not judge truth; consensus does not define truth. Literature cannot remedy paradox; majoritarian count cannot repair structural collapse.
Boundaries reveal true intent; reactions expose authenticity.
Shatter millennia‑old blind obedience; liberate human cognition.
